Refunds or exchanges will be issued on damaged items or if I made an error on your order. For other concerns, returns or exchanges may be accepted as long as the item is sent back within 7 days after delivery. Buyer must pay for return shipping.
I am not responsible for lost packages. You will need to contact your postal service for further information or to file a lost package claim.
